Big Green Egg Half Moon convEGGtor for X-Large Egg (121820)

The Big Green Egg Half Moon convEGGtor for X-Large Egg gives you greater control over your cooking setup by creating separate direct and indirect heat zones inside your EGG.

Use one Half Moon convEGGtor Stone with the convEGGtor Basket to shield part of the cooking surface from direct flame while leaving the other side open for grilling. This makes it easy to sear foods over direct heat while roasting, baking, or slowly cooking other foods at the same time.

For full indirect cooking, two Half Moon convEGGtor Stones can be positioned together to create a complete convection barrier. Their half-moon design also helps provide more effective heat protection toward the outer edges of the cooking grid, making them especially useful when preparing larger quantities of foods such as chicken wings at lower temperatures.

Made from durable Big Green Egg ceramic, the Half Moon convEGGtor Stone is designed specifically for versatile two-zone and indirect cooking in the X-Large EGG.
