The EGG Genius uses a variable-speed blower to regulate airflow and help hold a consistent temperature throughout the cook. Two included temperature probes provide real-time monitoring of both the EGG's cooking temperature and the internal temperature of your food. Custom alerts can notify you of temperature changes and cooking progress, helping you achieve reliable results whether you're smoking brisket, roasting poultry, or cooking overnight.

With firmware Version 4.0 and above, the EGG Genius offers multiple connection options for added flexibility. Cloud Connect provides remote monitoring and control over the internet, along with cooking history and notes. Local Connect allows communication through your home Wi-Fi network even when the external internet connection is unavailable. Direct Connect lets your phone connect directly to the EGG Genius without a router or internet connection, making it especially useful for camping, tailgating, and other remote cooking locations.
